We hope that you’ll always be 100% happy with your purchases from Graphics and More, but we know that sometimes things change, and you might need to send your awesome product back for a refund. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! We will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is received at our return center within 30 days of purchase.
- Item is repackaged carefully.
- Item is in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition.
- Item is complete with all parts, instructions, and original packaging.
- Item is packaged with the appropriate RETURN FORM and includes all requested information.
Unfortunately, we do not pay for return shipping. Customers are responsible for all aspects of return shipping, including postage, insurance, and investigation into items lost or damaged in transit. Although it’s not required, we highly recommend purchasing a track-able return shipping method, just in case something goes wrong on its way back to us.
We make almost all of our awesome stuff by hand and on demand, so we can’t simply toss items back into stock. As such, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Finally, returns under the following conditions will not be accepted:
- Item is damaged, dirty, or used.
- Item is a custom product (Self-eez™).
- Item is not packaged with sufficient information to identify and process the return.
- Item is part of a bulk order including six or more items of the same SKU. (We encourage purchasing smaller quantities prior to placing large bulk orders.)
